Growing up, I always loved music. I tried learning various instruments throughout my childhood, finally settling on the drums. Playing drums throughout high school, both as a hobby and in my school band, I realized that while it was fun, it wouldn’t be the impact I made on the Ottawa music scene. After getting my diploma in journalism, I realized I could combine my education with my high school hobby and make my impact on the city by writing about the amazing musicians around Ottawa. I am a writer, editor, graphic designer and website designer.
